231 MODEL

The Company has decided to adopt its Organization, Management and Control Model (hereinafter also “Model 231”) in line with the requirements of Legislative Decree 231/01 (hereinafter also “Decree 231”), keeping it updated over time.

This choice arises for the purpose of:

• Strengthen the Internal Control System in accordance with legal requirements and best practices in this area, including by updating/implementing the supporting control structures;

• Spread the principles of fairness and transparency in the conduct of business activities on all recipients of 231 Model, subjects who in various capacities come into contact with the Company.

The 231 Model complements the Group’s Code of Ethics, Whistleblowing and Anti-Corruption Policies, ISO 9001, NATO AQAP, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 Management Systems, and internal corporate governance policies and procedures.

L’Organismi di Vigilanza di Fiocchi Munizioni S.p.A. è dotato di autonomi poteri di iniziativa e di controllo, organo collegiale costituiti da 2 componenti esterni alla Società e 1 interno.
